About The Position
EchoPark Automotive is hiring a Sales Consultant, called an Experience Guide, for its New Braunfels, Texas store. The role helps guests through the entire car sales process and contributes to a welcoming, transparent, and enjoyable guest experience. The successful candidate is self-sufficient and resilient, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated consultative sales experience.
- Experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist guests with vehicle selection, presentation of protection products, and the overall guest experience.
- Provide guests with clear, transparent options so they can make well-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with teammates to provide an exceptional experience for all guests, including those who are not yet purchasing a vehicle.
