Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships and develop a loyal clientele.
• Help customers select vehicles by asking questions and listening to their needs.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of vehicle offerings, optional packages, and automotive technologies.
• Conduct professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Address objections and work toward consistently achieving sales targets.
• Conduct business ethically and professionally.
• Report objectives, planned activities, and performance to the Sales Manager.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with dealership policies.
• Bring a positive attitude and energy to the team.
