About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to convert customer enquiries into successful car subscription applications. This remote role in the Philippines involves inbound sales, warm lead follow-ups, explaining vehicle subscription options, and conducting initial application checks in line with credit guidelines. The position is full-time and fixed-term, with a 40-hour work week aligned to Australian business hours. Shifts may end at 8:00 PM AEST and include rotating weekends.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales finance, consumer lending, vehicle finance, personal loans, mortgage broking, or loan processing.
• Strong phone sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Experience reviewing bank statements and verifying income and affordability.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence communicating with Australian customers.
• Familiarity with CRM and cloud phone systems.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, reliability, and sound judgment.
• Willingness to work rostered shifts aligned with Australian business hours.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting Australian customers or businesses.
• Knowledge of Australian credit, KYC, and privacy requirements.
• Background in vehicle finance, leasing, or car subscriptions.
• A qualification in business, finance, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls and customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Follow up warm leads and missed calls through proactive outbound calls; no cold calling.
• Explain Karmo’s car subscription services and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Guide customers through applications and collect required documents.
• Review identification, bank statements, income, and affordability against credit guidelines.
• Record customer interactions and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
• Meet daily sales KPIs, conversion targets, and quality standards.
• Work rostered shifts aligned with Australian business hours, including possible late shifts and rotating weekends.
