About The Position
Wesley Living is seeking a dependable Maintenance Apprentice who is ready to learn property maintenance at Wesley Highland Meadows, a low-income senior living community in Memphis, Tennessee. The apprentice assists the maintenance team with work in areas including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. The role helps maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained home where residents can live with dignity. This is a regular full-time position working 40 hours per week, paying $14.00 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Assist the maintenance team with property maintenance work.
- Learn and assist with work involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment for residents.
