Maintenance Apprentice (Memphis, TN)
About The Position
Wesley Living is hiring a Maintenance Apprentice at St. Peter Manor in Memphis, Tennessee. This is a regular, full-time position scheduled for 40 hours per week, paying $14.00 per hour. The apprentice will assist the maintenance team and learn property maintenance, including work in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. The role supports a low-income senior living community by helping maintain safe, comfortable, and well-maintained homes for residents. No prior experience is necessary. Wesley Living is a faith-based organization that has managed affordable senior living communities in the Memphis area and beyond for over 50 years. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Assist the maintenance team with property maintenance.
- Learn and assist with maintenance work in areas including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment for residents.
