About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Hotel Maintenance Aide to ensure guest rooms, public spaces, and exterior grounds remain safe, fully functional, and visually appealing. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who takes pride in their work and enjoys interacting with guests in a friendly, professional manner.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand or bend for long intervals.
• Strong communication skills and a guest-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and fix minor plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
• Respond promptly to work orders involving lighting, PTAC/HVAC units, drywall repair, and furniture adjustments in guest rooms.
• Maintain hotel exteriors, walkways, and trash areas for safety and curb appeal.
• Check and adjust pool and spa chemical levels daily to meet safety standards.
• Assist housekeeping or front office teams with heavy lifting, room resets, or facility emergencies as needed.
