About The Position
The Breakfast Attendant creates a welcoming morning experience for hotel guests by greeting and assisting them, setting up and maintaining a clean, well-stocked breakfast buffet, and preparing for the next day. This active role involves preparing and restocking hot and cold food, monitoring food freshness and inventory, brewing coffee, clearing dishes, cleaning tables and buffet areas, and washing service dishes and kitchen equipment. Training is provided; previous food service or hospitality experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for working in the early morning hours.
- Strong customer service skills and a desire to help others.
- Reliability and punctuality; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfort standing, walking, and lifting light food bins for the full shift.

- Previous food service or hospitality experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with breakfast needs.
- Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet, then continuously restock hot and cold food options.
- Monitor inventory, rotate food items, and brew fresh coffee.
