About The Position
The Breakfast Attendant creates a welcoming morning experience for hotel guests by greeting and assisting them, preparing and maintaining the breakfast buffet, and keeping the dining and service areas clean. The role includes preparing and restocking hot and cold food, monitoring and rotating food items, brewing coffee, clearing dishes, sanitizing tables and buffet areas, cleaning kitchen equipment, washing service dishes, and preparing for the next day's service. The position requires working in the early morning and being comfortable standing, walking, and lifting light food bins for the full shift. Training is provided; prior food service or hospitality experience is a plus.
