M/S Tele RN - 36hrs. Nights and EOW
About The Position
Phippen 6/7 is a 32-bed Ortho/Neuro Med/Surg Unit that admits all other medical overflows. This is a private unit. Travelers are required to float to applicable units when requested. Day rotators may be rotated between 7a-7p, 11a-11p, or 7p-7a shifts when needed. Night positions do not rotate. The clinician to patient ratio is 1:4 on Day and Eve shifts, potentially increasing to 1:5. On Night shifts, the ratio is 1:5 or 1:6. The patient population includes scheduled elective Orthopedic and Neuro/Surg patients, Fractures, Neuro patients, and all other medical overflow patients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years working in one location
- Minimum of 2 years working as a Traveler
- Med/Surg RN with neuro assessment skills
- Telemetry competency
- Ability to interpret Tele Strips
- Current Massachusetts RN License
- AHA BLS
