About The Position

This is a 36-hour position on the Pingree 4 unit, a 24-bed Medical Cardiology Unit. The role requires the ability to read telemetry strips and perform cardiac drips. Experience with Post Cath Care PCI, ICD, PPM, Ablation, and Femoral approach is necessary. The RN to Patient Ratio is 1:5 on days and 1:6 on nights.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN License
• AHA BLS
• 2+ years of experience with a strong Cardiac background
• Ability to interpret Telemetry strips
• Ability to perform cardiac drips
• 2 years of experience working as a Traveler

Responsibilities

• Read telemetry strips
• Perform cardiac drips
• Provide care for Post Cath Care PCI, ICD, PPM, Ablation etc.
• Manage patients with Femoral approach
