About The Position
This is a Float Pool RN position requiring flexibility to float to 8 different units within the hospital, primarily Med/Surg Tele areas. The role involves cardiac monitoring, managing cardiac drips, and interpreting telemetry strips. The position is for night shifts and includes every other weekend (EOW) work, with options for 36 or 48 hours per week. The patient population is diverse, including ED border patients, acute mental health patients, and non-vented ICU patients. The hospital has a total bed count of 371, with unit bed counts ranging from 8 to 41.
Requirements
- 2 years of acute care hospital experience in one location
- 2 years working as a Traveler
- Telemetry monitoring including measuring intervals and interpreting strips every 4 hours
- TR Band experience
- Ability to perform Cardiac Drips and Reading Tele Strips
- Active Massachusetts RN License
- AHA BLS certification

- 2 years experience preferred
Responsibilities
