About The Position
As a Sales Representative, you will sell It’s Just Lunch memberships to busy singles over the phone. You will use a consultative sales approach to build rapport, discuss potential clients’ needs, and explain the benefits of the dating membership. You will also speak with clients about potential matches and select matches for new clients based on your interview with them. This is a remote role.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in consultative sales.
- Previous experience with high-volume outbound calls.
- At least 2 years working in a remote role.
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.

- Consultative sales experience is identified as a plus.
