The role combines travel research, attentive service, and coordination to match clients with options that fit their preferences and budget. The consultant researches travel products, prepares personalized vacation quotes and itinerary recommendations, coordinates reservations, explains room categories and package details, tracks payment deadlines, and supports clients before, during, and after travel. The role also involves building client relationships and promoting travel planning services.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable researching destinations and learning online booking systems.
- Interested in luxury travel and personalized vacation planning.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and follow up consistently.
