About The Position
Help clients plan personalized vacations focused on upscale resorts, premium cruises, romantic escapes, and memorable experiences. The role combines travel research, attentive client service, and coordination to match travelers with options suited to their preferences and budget. The consultant prepares vacation quotes and itinerary recommendations, coordinates reservations, explains room categories and package details, tracks payment deadlines, and supports clients before, during, and after travel. The role also involves building client relationships and promoting travel-planning services. Training and resources include travel training, supplier education, access to booking platforms and destination resources, and continued learning about resorts, cruises, and travel products.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable researching destinations and learning online booking systems.
- Interested in luxury travel and personalized vacation planning.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and follow up consistently.
