About The Position

The role combines travel research, attentive client service, and coordination to match clients with options that fit their preferences and budgets. The consultant prepares recommendations and quotes, coordinates trip reservations, communicates travel details, and supports clients before, during, and after their trips. The position also involves building client relationships and promoting travel planning services.

Training and resources include travel training and supplier education, access to booking platforms and destination resources, and continued learning about resorts, cruises, and travel products.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Comfort with researching destinations and learning online booking systems.
• Interest in luxury travel and personalized vacation planning.
