About The Position

Help clients plan personalized vacations focused on upscale resorts, premium cruises, romantic escapes, and memorable experiences. The role combines travel research, attentive service, and coordination to match clients with options that fit their preferences and budget.

The consultant researches travel products and destinations, communicates with clients about their preferences and expectations, prepares personalized quotes and itinerary recommendations, and coordinates reservations. They explain room categories, amenities, and package inclusions; track payment deadlines; share important travel details; and support clients before, during, and after travel. The role also involves building client relationships and promoting travel planning services.

Training and resources include travel training and supplier education, access to booking platforms and destination resources, and continued learning about resorts, cruises, and travel products. The position is described as remote.
