Remote Luxury Escape Consultant
About The Position
The Remote Luxury Escape Consultant helps couples and adult travelers plan elevated vacation experiences, including honeymoons, anniversaries, romantic getaways, milestone celebrations, premium cruises, and adults-only resort vacations. The consultant learns what each client values—such as privacy, relaxation, gourmet dining, nightlife, spa services, or exclusive excursions—and identifies options that fit the client’s expectations and budget. The role involves discussing the occasion, preferred atmosphere, destination interests, budget, and desired level of service; researching a focused selection of suitable travel options; and preparing personalized recommendations. The consultant assists with reservations and related arrangements, tracks deadlines and documentation, shares preparation and destination information, maintains confidential client and reservation records, follows up with clients, and builds ongoing client relationships. Training is provided, and prior travel-industry experience is not required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must reside in the United States or Mexico.
- Reliable internet access and a computer or compatible device are required.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Must provide attentive and personalized customer service.
- Strong research, organization, and follow-up skills are required.
- Must be comfortable discussing budgets and premium options.
- Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Must complete required training and continued education.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in hospitality, weddings, events, customer service, or relationship-based sales is beneficial but not required.
Responsibilities
- Discuss clients’ occasion, preferred atmosphere, destination interests, budget, and desired level of service.
- Research adults-only resorts, luxury hotels, premium cruises, suites, and upgraded accommodations.
- Compare dining, entertainment, spa services, beaches, excursions, and property amenities.
- Review packages for included services and upgrade opportunities.
- Prepare professional, personalized recommendations.
- Explain the value and differences among the strongest options.
- Assist with reservation procedures and verify confirmation details.
- Coordinate available transfers, special requests, excursions, and celebration extras.
- Monitor deposits, payment deadlines, and documentation requirements.
- Provide preparation reminders and relevant destination information.
- Maintain confidential client information and detailed reservation records.
- Follow up with prospective clients and previous travelers.
- Stay current on destinations, properties, cruise products, and supplier updates.
- Develop long-term client relationships and referral opportunities.
- Complete required training and continued education.
