About The Position

The Luxury Bridal Manager is the category owner and experience leader for all Bridal merchandise at Jared. This role leads Bridal category performance, customer experience, visual merchandising, team coaching, and talent development. The manager helps customers make meaningful purchases through confident, emotional, and expert guidance, and ensures Bridal presentations and standards are consistent across the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead total Bridal category performance, including sales, selling behaviors, and standards.
• Serve as the team expert in diamonds, storytelling, and confident closing.
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution, ensuring displays reinforce romance, emotion, and confidence in purchase and align with key moments, launches, and selling priorities.
• Observe or coach one Bridal presentation per team member each month and provide actionable feedback on diamond education, confidence, emotional storytelling, payment options, and closing.
• Build consistent, repeatable Bridal behaviors across the team.
• Help customers express their individuality, feel confident and understood, and celebrate meaningful life moments through guided experiences.
• Improve key performance indicators, including conversion, appointment culture, and follow-up behaviors.
• Reinforce consistent Bridal presentations and lead by example through personal performance.
• Partner with store leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent.
• Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and shared success.
