About The Position

CXG is seeking luxury brand evaluators in Jacksonville, US, to discreetly assess customer experiences and provide feedback that helps premium brands improve their services. Evaluators may visit boutiques, make online purchases, or return products, depending on their assignments. Each in-store visit takes approximately 20 minutes, and evaluators may have several opportunities per month.

Evaluators choose assignments that align with their preferences and profile, interact with sales associates in stores or online, observe the ambiance and quality of service, and submit honest feedback through questionnaires on CXG’s platform. Assignments may be non-purchase evaluations that pay a fee based on mission complexity or purchase-based evaluations that reimburse approved items as outlined in the mission brief.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Must currently be a customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Must not currently be under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
• Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Must be observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Choose assignments that align with personal preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate brands online, engaging with sales associates as required.
• Observe the store ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
• Share honest observations by completing questionnaires on CXG’s platform.
• Complete the profile and verification process, pass the General Certification, and apply for available missions.
