About The Position

CXG is seeking luxury brand evaluators in Jacksonville, US, to discreetly assess customer experiences and provide feedback that helps premium brands refine their services. Evaluators may visit boutiques, make online purchases, or return products, and assess experiences in industries such as fashion, beauty, jewelry, and automobiles. In-store visits take approximately 20 minutes, and evaluators may complete several assignments per month.

Evaluators choose assignments aligned with their preferences and profile, visit stores or evaluate online experiences, observe the ambiance and service quality, and submit honest feedback through questionnaires on CXG’s platform. The role offers flexible assignments, compensation based on mission complexity for non-purchase evaluations, and reimbursement for approved purchases as specified in the mission brief. Evaluators manage missions, certifications, and feedback using the CXG Live mobile platform.
