About The Position

CXG is seeking luxury brand evaluators in Jacksonville, US, to discreetly assess customer experiences for premium brands in fashion, beauty, jewelry, and automobiles. Evaluators may visit boutiques, shop online, or return a product, then provide feedback to help brands refine their services. In-store visits take approximately 20 minutes, and evaluators may complete several assignments per month. Assignments are selected to align with the evaluator’s preferences and profile. Evaluators observe the ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience, then share their observations through questionnaires on CXG’s platform.

To join, applicants register at live.cxg.com, confirm their email, complete and verify their profile, pass the General Certification, and apply for missions. CXG Live is a mobile platform for managing missions, certifications, and feedback. Non-purchase evaluations earn a fee based on mission complexity. Purchase-based evaluations may reimburse approved items as stated in the mission brief.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old, or at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Must be a current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Must not currently be under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
• Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Must be observant and passionate about customer experience.
