About The Position

CXG is seeking luxury brand evaluators in Knoxville and Nashville, US, to discreetly assess customer experiences and provide feedback that helps premium brands improve their services. Evaluations may involve visiting boutiques, making online purchases, or returning products. Evaluators can choose assignments that match their preferences and profile, and may complete several missions per month. In-store visits take approximately 20 minutes.

Evaluators observe the store ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience, then submit honest feedback through CXG's platform. Assignments may be conducted in person or online. Compensation depends on mission complexity for non-purchase evaluations; purchase-based evaluations may reimburse approved items as specified in the mission brief.

To join, candidates register at live.cxg.com, complete and verify their profile, pass the General Certification, and apply for available missions. CXG's mobile platform, CXG Live, is used to manage missions, certifications, and feedback. No prior experience is required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old, or 21 years old in the United States.
• Must be a current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Must not currently be under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
• Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Must be observant and passionate about customer experience.
• Must complete the General Certification to access missions.
• No prior experience is required.
