About The Position

CXG is seeking luxury brand evaluators in Knoxville and Nashville, United States, to discreetly assess customer experiences in fashion, beauty, jewelry, automobiles, and other premium sectors. Evaluators may visit boutiques, make online purchases, or return products, then provide feedback that helps brands refine their services. Assignments can be selected according to the evaluator’s preferences and profile, and an in-store visit takes approximately 20 minutes. Multiple assignments may be available each month, including in-store and online missions. Evaluators observe the store ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience, then submit honest feedback through CXG’s platform.

To participate, applicants register at live.cxg.com, complete and verify their profile, pass the General Certification, and apply for missions. Compensation for non-purchase evaluations is based on mission complexity. Purchase-based evaluations may include reimbursement for approved items as specified in the mission brief. CXG Live is a mobile platform for managing missions, certifications, and feedback.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Must be a current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Must not currently be under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
• Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Must be observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience is required.
