About The Position

CXG is seeking luxury brand evaluators in Charleston, US, to discreetly assess customer experiences for premium brands in areas such as fashion, beauty, jewelry, and automobiles. Evaluators may visit boutiques, evaluate online experiences, make purchases, or return products, then provide feedback that helps brands improve their services. In-store visits take approximately 20 minutes, and evaluators may complete several missions per month. Assignments can be chosen according to personal preferences and profile, and may be completed in person or online. Evaluators use CXG's platform to manage missions, certifications, and feedback. Compensation depends on mission complexity for non-purchase evaluations; approved items may be reimbursed for purchase-based evaluations, as specified in the mission brief. To participate, applicants register, complete and verify their profile, pass the General Certification, and apply for available missions. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and current customers of premium and luxury brands, and must not currently be under contract with a retail brand to ensure impartiality. Prior experience is not required.
