About The Position

As an LPN at Arbor Grove Village, you will build meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories. Nurses use their skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being in a rewarding senior-care environment. The role calls for a supportive presence, teamwork, leadership, collaboration, and respectful communication to help provide coordinated, excellent care. Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Work with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
• Work toward the shared goal of excellent resident care.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment.
• Manage medications proficiently.
• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
