About The Position

Camellia Health & Rehab is hiring a full-time, day-shift LPN Charge Nurse to provide compassionate, person-centered clinical care and support residents’ well-being. The nurse works closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team, supervising and supporting CNAs and helping ensure quality care in accordance with care plans and clinical policies. The role offers a starting pay range of $28.49 to $31.40 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends and weekly pay.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Georgia or eligibility to obtain one.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and commitment to excellence.

• Prior long-term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
