About The Position

Eagle Health & Rehab is hiring a full-time LPN Charge Nurse for the day shift. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, compassionate, person-centered nursing care and help ensure residents’ well-being. You will work with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team, while supervising and supporting CNAs. Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia or eligibility to obtain one.

Nice To Haves

• Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
