LPN Charge Nurse - FT - Day
About The Position
Camellia Health & Rehab is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse to provide compassionate, person-centered clinical care. The nurse works closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ well-being and ensure high-quality care. The position is a day shift role with a starting pay range of $28.49 to $31.40 per hour; shift differentials are available for evenings, nights, and weekends. Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Georgia or eligibility to obtain one.

Nice To Haves
- Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
- Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
