About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for homecare to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team through the Rock Hill Office. The role provides one-to-one care for a pediatric client in the client’s home. Coverage is required for every listed shift: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Fridays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

BAYADA provides onboarding and training beginning on the first day, including paid virtual and hands-on orientation. Nurses are matched with a client home and schedule, and receive support from the office team. Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
• Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home near you, according to the schedule selected and matched with the client.
• Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
