About The Position

BAYADA’s Upstate Skilled Office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for home care to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. The nurse provides compassionate, high-quality care to clients in their homes, serving one client per visit and working a schedule selected to fit their availability. BAYADA provides paid orientation, including virtual and hands-on training, onboarding support, flexible scheduling, and ongoing appreciation events. The listed pay range is $26–$28 per hour.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home near you according to a schedule you choose and are matched with.
Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
