LPN Pediatric Home Health Nurse
About The Position
Angels of Care Home Health is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents, primarily in their homes. Nurses provide care according to the active plan of care established by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, including days, nights, and weekends. Starting pay is $29 per hour. New graduates are welcome, and training is provided. The role includes ongoing patient care and assessments, medication and treatment administration, care coordination, and educating family members about clinical care to support positive outcomes. Nurses also take preventative steps to protect the quality of patient care. The position offers flexible scheduling with 8-, 10-, 12-, and 16-hour shifts, a 1:1 patient care ratio, 24/7 clinical support, and paid SIM lab and live-client training. Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN license.

Responsibilities
- Provide medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents, primarily in their homes, in accordance with the active plan of care.
- Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Take preventative initiatives to protect the quality of patient care.
