About The Position
BAYADA’s Rock Hill Office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for home care to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. The role provides one-to-one care to a client in the client’s home, with a schedule of Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Fridays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Coverage is needed for all listed shifts. BAYADA describes its onboarding as including an introduction to the Administrator, Scheduler, and support staff on the first day, followed by paid virtual and hands-on orientation and training. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
- Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client’s home near the nurse on a schedule selected through matching.
- Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
