About The Position

In conjunction with unit management, the Lounge Supervisor monitors activities to ensure conformance with company, government, and accrediting agency standards and regulations. The role supports operational activities and customer service while helping ensure cost-effective management and compliance with quality, sanitation, infection-control, health, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

Associate’s degree or comparable experience.
3–5 years of relevant experience.
Supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
Written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with management, clients, customers, and associates.
Ability to multitask and establish priorities.
Initiative, sense of urgency, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Ensure optimal customer service and client satisfaction.
Provide cost-effective management that meets and exceeds stated expectations.
Assist with responsibility for operational activities, including quality improvement, sanitation, infection control, and facility-related activities.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Perform other duties as assigned.
