About The Position

Cadence Education is seeking an energetic, creative Loudoun Regional Substitute Teacher to help create a safe, engaging, and developmentally supportive preschool environment. The substitute embraces the company’s educational philosophy and works with educators to deliver its curriculum, document children’s daily milestones for parents, and create experiences that encourage young imaginations. The role involves observing children’s interests, supporting safe play, promoting social skills, and helping provide a varied daily schedule with quiet time, active play, indoor and outdoor activities, and fine- and gross-motor experiences. The position is based in Brambleton, Virginia, and may require travel to multiple locations during the workday; eligible travel time and business mileage are compensated according to company policy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Meet all state preschool teacher assistant requirements.
• Be flexible and available to jump in during business hours.

• Experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare.
