Lottery Fulfillment Supervisor

About The Position

As an Operations Supervisor for DraftKings’ Jackpocket lottery courier product, you will lead daily fulfillment center operations and oversee timely lottery ticket order processing to meet production goals. You will make decisions related to personnel management, process development, and operational improvements, helping maintain operational excellence and improve the digital lottery courier experience. The role serves as Manager-on-Duty in the fulfillment center and supports a continuous operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to promote a positive work environment through strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Experience in fast-paced environments, technology aptitude, and familiarity with common software, including Microsoft Excel.
Self-starter mentality, sharp attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently.
Leadership experience in recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating employees.
Physical capability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Lead the fulfillment center team and manage lottery operations resources and tasks to meet production targets while responding to changing business demands.
Serve as Manager-on-Duty in the fulfillment center and manage shift scheduling, attendance, and employee breaks.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges, including internet outages, power failures, and staffing shortages.
Accurately and promptly handle the redemption of high-value lottery tickets.
Manage inventory and ensure office supplies and equipment are ordered as needed.
