About The Position

As an Operations Supervisor for DraftKings’ Jackpocket lottery courier product, you will lead a team and oversee daily lottery courier operations. You will ensure lottery ticket orders are processed smoothly and on time to meet production goals, and help guide personnel management, process development, and operational improvements. Your leadership will contribute to the digital lottery courier experience for customers.

Requirements

Be available to support continuous operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Promote safety, efficiency, and adherence to industry regulations.
Use strong leadership and problem-solving skills to promote a positive work environment.
Have experience in fast-paced environments, a knack for technology, and familiarity with common software, including Microsoft Excel.
Be a self-starter with sharp attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and handle tasks independently.
Have leadership experience recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating employees.
Be able to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Lead the fulfillment center team and manage lottery operations resources and tasks to meet production targets while responding to changing business demands.
Serve as Manager-on-Duty in the fulfillment center and manage shift scheduling, attendance, and employee breaks.
Troubleshoot operational challenges, including internet outages, power failures, and staffing shortages.
Handle the redemption of high-value lottery tickets accurately and promptly.
Manage inventory and ensure office supplies and equipment are ordered as needed.
