About The Position

As an Operations Associate, you will work in a fast-paced fulfillment center supporting DraftKings’ digital lottery courier product, Jackpocket. You will manage customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. The role helps keep systems and workflows running smoothly and contributes to the customer lottery experience and the team’s operational success.

The position requires a dynamic schedule that includes weekends and holidays. The work involves frequent standing and walking and occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs. As DraftKings is a regulated gaming company, obtaining a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency may be a condition of employment.

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.
• Technology aptitude and familiarity with common software, including Microsoft Excel.
• Self-starter mentality, sharp attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently.
• Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

• Manage and process customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions at the local fulfillment center, ensuring accuracy from start to finish.
• Update systems with real-time customer order statuses and tracking information.

• Maintain the operation of printing and scanning equipment.
• Support operational projects as they arise.
