Lottery Fulfillment Supervisor
About The Position
As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll lead a team at the heart of DraftKings’ Jackpocket lottery courier product. You’ll oversee daily lottery courier operations, ensuring smooth and timely ticket order processing to meet production goals. You’ll shape decisions about personnel management, process development, and operational improvements to maintain excellence and elevate the digital lottery courier experience for customers. This role serves as Manager-on-Duty in the fulfillment center and supports a continuous operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is full-time and pays $23.08–$28.85 per hour, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. A gaming license from the appropriate state agency may be required as a condition of employment.
Requirements

- Experience in fast-paced environments, technology aptitude, and familiarity with common software, including Microsoft Excel.
- Self-starter mentality, sharp attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and tackle tasks independently.
- Leadership experience in recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating employees.
- Ability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the fulfillment center team, managing lottery operations resources and tasks to meet production targets and respond to changing business demands.
- Serve as Manager-on-Duty in the fulfillment center; manage shift scheduling, attendance, and employee breaks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges, including internet outages, power failures, and staffing shortages.
- Accurately and promptly handle the redemption of high-value lottery tickets.
- Manage inventory and ensure office supplies and equipment are ordered as needed.
