About The Position

As an Operations Associate, you’ll work in a fast-paced fulfillment center supporting DraftKings’ digital lottery courier product, Jackpocket. You’ll manage the customer lottery ticket order experience, including order processing and redemptions, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. The role helps keep systems and workflows running smoothly while contributing to a positive lottery experience for customers.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including weekends and holidays, and a proven track record of reliable attendance.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.
• Technology aptitude and familiarity with common software, including Microsoft Excel.
• Self-starter mentality, strong attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and handle tasks independently.
• Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions at the local fulfillment center, ensuring accuracy from start to finish.
• Update systems with real-time customer order statuses and tracking information.
• Streamline and organize workflows to meet daily objectives and deadlines.
• Maintain the operation of printing and scanning equipment.
• Support operational projects as they arise.
