About The Position

As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead a team supporting Jackpocket, DraftKings’ lottery courier product. You will oversee daily lottery courier operations and ensure lottery ticket orders are processed smoothly and on time to meet production goals. The role includes making decisions about personnel management, process development, and operational improvements to maintain operational excellence and improve the digital lottery courier experience for customers.

Requirements

Be available to support continuous operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Promote safety, efficiency, and adherence to industry regulations.
Use strong leadership and problem-solving skills to promote a positive work environment.
Have experience in fast-paced environments and be comfortable with technology and common software, including Microsoft Excel.
Show initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently.
Have leadership experience recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating employees.
Be physically capable of standing and walking frequently and occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Lead the fulfillment center team and manage lottery operations resources and tasks to meet production targets while responding to changing business demands.
Serve as Manager-on-Duty in the fulfillment center and manage shift scheduling, attendance, and employee breaks.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges, including internet outages, power failures, and staffing shortages.
Handle the redemption of high-value lottery tickets accurately and promptly.
Manage inventory and ensure office supplies and equipment are ordered as needed.
