About The Position

Carvana is hiring an entry-level Lot Attendant for its Post Production operation at an Inspection Center in North Las Vegas, Nevada. The role moves vehicles from one department to the next in the Inspection Center. The position is based at 1000 E Gowan Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89030. The first-shift schedule is Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. The starting pay is $16 or more per hour, with a stated pay range of $16.00 to $17.00 per hour based on experience, paid biweekly. Carvana provides training programs for entry-level employees to support skill and pay progression. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check, and the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to heat or cold.
Must use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.

Responsibilities

Move vehicles from one department to the next in the Inspection Center.
Work in a fast-paced, changing production environment and support delivery of vehicles as expected.
Work mandatory overtime when required by business needs.
