About The Position

Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True,” the Logo Store Sales Associate is responsible for the daily operations of the store. The role includes greeting customers, helping them locate products, unpacking and displaying merchandise for sale, and completing daily financial reports. These duties are performed while delivering Raving Fans customer service to internal and external customers. This is a part-time, onsite position at Lake Sumter Landing.

Requirements

• High school diploma and one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of retail, sales, etiquette, and office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store operations, including opening and closing the store.
• Receive, unpack, categorize, price, and display store merchandise.
• Maintain inventory displays.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide alternative recommendations and suggestions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and friendly store environment.
• Provide information to customers.
• Operate the cash register and assist with purchases, discounts, and returns.
• Complete daily financial reports.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
