About The Position

The Logo Store Sales Associate is responsible for the daily operations of the store while delivering Raving Fans customer service to internal and external customers. The position includes opening and closing the store, handling merchandise, assisting customers, operating the cash register, and completing daily financial reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma and one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of retail, sales, etiquette, and office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store operations, including opening and closing the store.
• Receive, unpack, categorize, price, and display store merchandise.
• Maintain inventory displays.
• Help customers locate products and make alternative recommendations or suggestions when appropriate.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and friendly store environment.
• Provide information to customers.
• Operate the cash register and assist with purchases, discounts, and returns.
• Complete daily financial reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
