About The Position

This part-time, onsite position is responsible for the daily operations of The Logo Store at Spanish Springs. The associate greets customers, helps them locate products, unpacks and displays merchandise, and completes daily financial reports while delivering “Raving Fans” customer service to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma and one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of retail, sales, etiquette, and office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily operations, including opening and closing the store.
• Receive, unpack, categorize, price, and display store merchandise.
• Maintain inventory displays.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide alternative recommendations and suggestions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and friendly store environment.
• Provide information to customers.
• Operate the cash register and assist with purchases, discounts, and returns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
