About The Position
As an Oakley Sales Associate, you will help deliver exceptional customer experiences by meeting sales goals and providing personalized eyewear and apparel recommendations. You will connect with new and returning customers, offer advice on eyewear suited to their lifestyles and preferences, and contribute to a welcoming, organized, and inclusive store environment. The role includes hands-on training and collaboration with colleagues and leadership to support excellent service and store success.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for helping customers and creating positive experiences.
- Communication skills to engage customers and support sales.
- Comfort using technology and accuracy when handling transactions.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
