About The Position

The Houseperson supports hotel housekeeping operations by maintaining the cleanliness of designated public and service areas, assisting guests and room cleaning, organizing supplies, completing periodic deep-cleaning projects, and reporting maintenance needs. Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces.
• Dust and polish furniture, vacuum and mop floors, wash windows, and empty trash.
• Greet guests warmly, deliver requested items, and assist with room cleaning as needed.
• Stock and organize supply rooms to support housekeeping operations.
• Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks, including flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors.
• Identify and report repair needs or maintenance deficiencies.
