About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a service-oriented Dish Steward for The Landing. The position cleans and sanitizes dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans; maintains the dish room and dish machine; restocks items; removes garbage; and keeps dish and storage areas clean and organized. The Dish Steward may also assist with cleaning other restaurant areas and perform other assigned duties. This is a tipped-eligible position. Compensation and specific benefit details will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role is required.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
Ability to multitask.
Team player.

High school education is preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots.
Maintain the dish room and dish machine.
Restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
Remove garbage.
Break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of the shift.
Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
Assist with cleaning other restaurant areas as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned.
