About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to provide excellent service to customers and contribute to the success of its retail locations. Sales Advisors represent the company’s values and brand philosophy, help make glasses shopping a memorable experience, and contribute ideas for improving retail processes and the customer experience. The role also involves supporting teammates and helping foster an inclusive environment.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
Not listed on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
