About The Position
Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to provide excellent service and make glasses shopping an engaging experience. Sales Advisors support retail locations by helping customers, contributing ideas to improve processes, and participating in special projects. They communicate Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy, offer product knowledge and style advice, and help create an inclusive, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
- Ability to adapt and solve problems proactively, including responding quickly to unexpected situations.
- Ability to work positively as part of a team and lead by example.
- Effective communication skills with a variety of people.
- Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
- Energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Interest in fashion and technology.
- Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
