Sales Advisor - The Point
About The Position
Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to provide excellent service to customers and support the success of its retail locations. The role represents Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy, helps customers enjoy a positive glasses-shopping experience, and contributes ideas to improve retail processes and customer experiences. Sales Advisors also support their teams and take part in special projects. The position is based at The Point. Warby Parker describes its mission as inspiring and impacting the world with vision, purpose, and style, and says its Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program distributes a pair of glasses to someone in need for every pair of glasses or sunglasses sold.
Requirements
- Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
- Ability to adapt, solve problems proactively, and respond quickly to unexpected situations.
- Ability to work as a positive team player and lead by example.
- Effective communication skills with a variety of people.
- Organization, attentiveness, and attention to detail.
- Self-starting and energetic approach, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Interest in fashion and technology.
- Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
- Excited to work and learn at a fast-paced, high-growth company.
Responsibilities

- Provide customers with excellent service.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and offer style advice.
- Develop ideas to improve retail and the glasses-shopping experience.
- Anticipate and support the needs of customers and teammates.
